Creatorzel

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who we are

Creatorzel lets you schedule Pinterest pins from a content calendar in your own Notion workspace. Creatorzel is run from Türkiye and is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question or request, write to privacy@creatorzel.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Türkiye's data protection law (KVKK) and similar laws. Creatorzel is for people aged 16 or older.

2. What we collect and keep

  • Account data: the email address you sign up with and a hashed (not readable) password.
  • Notion access: when you connect Notion we keep an encrypted access token, your workspace name, and the ID and link of the content calendar we create for you. We read only that calendar and the pages Creatorzel adds next to it. The text of a post is read when it is due and is not kept.
  • Pinterest access: when you connect Pinterest we keep an encrypted access token and your Pinterest username. They are used only to act on your account when you tell us to.
  • Publishing records: for each calendar row we published or tried to publish: the Notion row ID, the status, the link of the pin that was created, any error message and timestamps. This lets us show your activity and never post the same row twice.
  • Media files: images and videos you attach in Notion are downloaded temporarily to publish them, then deleted. We keep no copy.
  • Billing data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, your email address and user ID are passed to Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles your card details; we never see or store them.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, time, requested page) to run and secure the service.

3. Information from Pinterest

Using the access you grant, we read information from Pinterest only for your own account: your boards and sections, and, if you use these features, the numbers Pinterest reports for your pins (impressions, saves, clicks) and your account summary. We write this information into your own Notion workspace and do not keep it in our database. The only Pinterest information we keep is your token, your username and the links of the pins we published for you (section 2). We use Pinterest information only to provide the service to you; we do not sell or share it with anyone, combine it with other people's information, or use it to train AI models.

Pinterest's own rules apply to your Pinterest account, see Pinterest's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Where your data goes

To publish what you scheduled we send it to Notion (to read and update your calendar) and to Pinterest (to create the pin). Our servers are run by a hosting provider (Hostinger). If you subscribe, Lemon Squeezy processes the payment. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Why we process it (legal basis)

Performance of a contract with you: running your account, publishing what you schedule, and billing your subscription. Where the law needs it, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.

7. How long we keep data, and deletion

  • Account data, tokens and publishing records are kept while your account is active.
  • Disconnecting Pinterest from your dashboard deletes the stored token at once and removes the pin links and error messages we kept for that account.
  • Disconnecting Notion deletes the stored Notion token and calendar details at once.
  • Closing your account: email us and we delete your account, tokens and publishing records within 30 days. We do the same within 30 days if you delete your Pinterest account, withdraw your consent, or Pinterest asks us to delete its data.
  • Anything Creatorzel wrote into your own Notion workspace stays there until you delete it. It is your content.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Account deletion is currently handled by email rather than a button: write to privacy@creatorzel.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security and breaches

Access tokens are stored encrypted and secrets are kept outside the code. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the competent authority as the law requires (within 72 hours of becoming aware where GDPR applies).

10. Children

Creatorzel is not for anyone under 16. Pinterest and Notion do not allow children under 13 on their services either. If you think a child has signed up, tell us and we will delete the account.

11. Contact
